Musa Mseleku has four wives. He married Busisiwe ‘MaCele’ Mseleku in 2002, Nokukhanya ‘MaYeni’ Mseleku in 2007, Thobile ‘MaKhumalo’ Mseleku in 2009, and Mbali ‘MaNgwabe’ Mseleku in 2009.

In 2024, Musa suggested that he might have a fifth wife named Samke Khwela. He previously had a wife named MaSaule, who died in a car accident.

Mseleku has 10 children in total. He has three children, Lwandle, Abongwe, and Owami, with his first wife, MaCele. With his second wife, MaYeni, he has three children: Mpumelelo, Mnini, and Obanzi. Lastly, he has two children, Mawande and Zenande, with his fourth wife, MaNgwabe.

Education and Career

Mseleku went to Denver Zoar Mission School in Umzumbe and Prince Ngamizizwe School for his primary education. He finished his matric at Sister Joan’s High School in 1993 and went on to study at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 1997.

Musa Mseleku worked as a journalist for Durban Youth Radio after graduating. He eventually went to SABC News.

Musa has been involved in community development in Ugu. In 2017, he and his family appeared on the Mzansi Magic reality show Uthando Nesithembu for the first time. The show called Love and Polygamy started on May 19. It features the polygamist, his four wives, and their children.
